The parties to the agreement have committed to implementing changes in the way the Victorian government works and provides services by agreeing on the principles of “labour mobility”. The principles recognise that the services required by the Community of a modern public service are not static; They change all the time. The number of grades and the content of the notes vary depending on the public sector organization and their applicable company agreement. The terms and conditions of employment, based on a standard 38-hour work week, include four weeks of leisure leave, 17.5% leave load, standard sick leave and entitlements to long-term leave. The clauses relating to unsatisfactory performance at work and misconduct remain essentially unchanged from the known content of articles 20 and 21 of the 2016 agreement.
