Agreement Particulars

If changes are made to the data, the employer must provide the worker with the details of these changes within one month. This does not require the employer to fully develop a new statement of details: a document indicating what changes will be made – the effective date of these changes will be sufficient, although it should be noted that changes to an employment contract (including the declaration of specificities) cannot be made without the prior consent of the employee. The legal term for this document is the “written statement of employment data.” It contains information such as pay and working time. These project-specific details are sometimes found in contract schedules, but are now often entered at the beginning in a section entitled “Contract Information.” The indications of the contract in a construction contract (or futures contract) define the aspects of the contract that are special for the project to which the contract relates. They are frequently found in standard contracts and are used to define details that are left to the discretion of the parties or to identify the options used in the contractual terms, without altering the general intent of the contractual clauses. Changing the conditions itself can have unintended consequences. The nature and extent of contract information depends on the nature and complexity of the contract conclusion, but may include the following: it is very important that the details of the contract are properly completed and the implications are well understood. In any case, if there is no information – for example, if there is no pension system – the written statement must also indicate it. An employer must issue employees and workers with a document outlining the main conditions of employment at the beginning of labour. This is called the “written declaration of employment provisions.” It is not an employment contract.

Preparing a Specifics statement is not difficult or costly. If your staff have not yet provided these documents, contact us now with the Employment Law Clinic and we can have them created for you in a matter of days.
